All orders are shipped via Less than Truckload for residential delivery with lift gate service as an option.

Generally all equipment is shipped within 3 to 7 business days.

All orders are shipped F.O.B., Columbus, OH or the originating shipping point as determined by PTAC Central. All orders are shipped fully insured as occasional damage can occur.

You must carefully inspect your equipment at the time of delivery with the driver present, as the carriers will not accept damage or shortage claims without a notation on the delivery receipt that damage or a shortage exists.

If you receive a piece of equipment with cosmetic damage, take delivery of it after noting the damage on the delivery receipt. If you receive a unit with severe damage, refuse the damaged item and we will immediately ship a replacement at no charge to you. Document the delivery receipt with the reason for refusal. Always take delivery of undamaged products, even if they are on the same pallet as a damaged product.

Damage not noted by the consignee at time of delivery will only have 8 calendar days to notify PTAC Central. We will proceed with the freight claim process. After the 8 calendar days a freight claim will not be considered. This does not alter any previous agreements between the customer and PTAC Central, regardless of value.

Orders shipped outside of the state of Ohio are non-taxable.  Ohio residents please add 7% for sales tax.
