Always check your order, its contents, packaging, and all printed material to ensure you have received your order correctly, prior to contacting PTAC Central.




All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to be issued by PTAC Central or product(s) will be refused. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must contact PTAC Central’s Customer Service Department at 1-800-879-0123, Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5pm EST.


No merchandise will be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days of the Original Delivery Date (the date the order is delivered to the customer).


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may, after obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#), exchange or return the merchandise for a refund for the exact cost of merchandise (excluding shipping & handling charges). Sales tax (where applicable) will only be credited for uninstalled, undamaged, and non-defective goods. Restocking fees* may apply.


All returned merchandise must be free from damage and properly packaged in its original factory box with all original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, in sellable condition.


All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt by PTAC Central, prior to issuing credit. PTAC Central will not authorize or issue credit for any items that have been damaged, previously installed, or misused in any way.


All merchandise sales are final.


Damaged Returns


We make every effort to prevent shipping damages; if your package appears damaged upon receipt, immediately contact PTAC Central’s Customer Service Department at 1-800-879-0123. All items damaged during transit, require a freight claim to be filed with the carrier (parcel or freight company). Please see our Shipping and Delivery Policy. If merchandise is to be returned (RA# required), it must be returned with the original packaging and all contents.


Order Error Returns


If PTAC Central determines that the purchaser has placed an order or part of an order in error, returns will be subject to a restocking fee for all non-defective unopened merchandise. In the event that PTAC Central makes an error due to an order discrepancy, PTAC Central will make every effort to correct the order in a reasonable and timely manner.


Restocking Fees


All returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee for all non-defective unopened merchandise. If the return does not include all the original contents, accessories, or the packaging is not in new sellable condition, PTAC Central reserves the right to either charge an additional fee for the missing materials or refuse the return.
